airport limbo
woke up at 3:30 am, drove, flew at 9, sat in denver for a long time. Long enough to get drunk midday at brewery and make a friend.
Finally got to Dallas, thought things were going to get going. Thought I’d get a nap. Plane delayed, went to Mexican restaurant, consumed the equivalent of 5 avocados, chugged a very large margarita.

i woke up thirsty on an island in the sea
I woke up hungry with hungry colors surrounding me
I hit the soft spot on the soft spot on my head
It made me tired so i sung from my bed:
I’m ready to die
I’m ready to die
I’m ready to die
I’m ready to die.
A sword, a switchblade, any way you cut it
I’m not afraid, I know I’m going to get it—
Oh, Maker..of such fine products
As palm trees, and...
